All prices are in Canadian dollars.

IMPRINTING, EMBROIDERY AND ARTWORK:

Embroidery, Pad printing, screen printing, hot stamping or Laser engraving is available on certain giftware products. Please send your request and detail information to us. We will contact you for the artwork requirements, set-up fee and running charge.  If you need artwork design, our graphic designer will work for you. That might have to incur extra costs.

SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped by Canada Post ground service. Shipping time depends on the destination and can range from 3 to 10 business days in Canada and 7 to 14 in the Continental U.S. Unless specified we reserve the right to choose the means of delivery to meet your deadline. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers.
